No. Your site is a private presentation for you. It doesn't list, advertise or market your property to anyone, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or lease.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no cost and no obligation.
Who can see my site?
Only someone with the username and password printed on your postcard or email. It isn't in any search engine.
My property is already listed with a broker.

Is the information on my site accurate?
It comes from public records and is assembled with AI, so it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Tell me about anything that's off and I'll fix it.
