Plainly: what this website records, and why.

What's recorded

Like most websites, the server keeps a log of each request: the page, the time, the internet address it came from and the type of browser. On an owner's private site it also records each visit and each sign-in, successful or not.

Why

When you sign in to your site, I can see that you did. That's how I know you're interested and when to follow up. Failed sign-ins are recorded to protect your site from someone guessing the password.

If you ask for a free rent check

The form on the lease renewal page sends me what you type: your name, how to reach you, your business and lease details, and which ad or link brought you there. I use it only to contact you about your lease. It's kept on my own server, it isn't shared or sold, and I'll delete it if you ask.

Cookies

These public pages set no cookies. Signing in to your private site sets one cookie that keeps you signed in to that site for 30 days. Nothing else.

No ads, no trackers

There are no ads, no analytics companies, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins on this website, and I don't sell or share anyone's information.
